Residence Costa Calma Sun is an original hotel complex that consists of two floors. It was renovated in 2021 and will be open for guests at the beginning of 2022.

The Residence can be found in a beautiful, quiet area, not far from a stunning Costa Calma beach (about 12 minutes by walking).

Apartamento Vilem is situated on the first floor of the residence. The residence consists of 53 apartments in total, owned by various private owners.

The residence is a private compound with a caretaker and certain accommodation rules. Guests can enter the compound via two gates that always need to be locked. Our guests receive the keys to the gates together with the keys to the apartment. There is a free parking in front of the compound.

A newly renovated swimming pool with a spacious sunny terrace and free beds can also be used by the guests of the compound.
